Our winter seasonal beer is a malty English Brown Ale with a twist as we use star anise, orange peel and coffee in the recipe. The complexity of this beer is superb with subtle hints of orange, licorice, caramel and coffee. Three different hop varieties are used including which adds a slight tangerine note to the aroma. This ale is perfect for the cold winter months and will warm you up from the inside!

Our Spring Seasonal Wheat Beer brewed to style like found in Belgium. This is a classic unfiltered style of beer using imported yeast and hops. Our nouveau approach to this beer adds some additional complexity as we use orange peel, pear sugar and organic pink peppercorns. The resulting flavor has subtle notes of orange, citrus and spiciness in a crisp dry finish.
Alcohol: 4.7% ABV
Our Fall seasonal beer that is amber in color and brewed with fresh pumpkin and pumpkin pie mix. The subtle pumpkin flavor is enhanced by nutmeg and cinnamon. Several different specialty malts are used in this brew including rye malt, oats and vienna malt. The addition of rye malt also contributes a slight herbal/spicy character while the oats contribute to a creamy mouth-feel. The hops in this brew are light but assist in balancing the beer to make it a refreshing beer for cooler weather.
