
Title Belt ALTBIER
German ale associated with the city of Düsseldorf. "Alt" is the German word for old. The Alt style uses top fermenting ale yeast, but then is cold aged. Low hop aroma, low hop flavor but has medium to high bitterness, especially in the finish. Carries light to medium body and less acidity than classic British ales.

Ol’ Smokey Porter
A small portion of the mash grain has been smoked with Mesquite and Pecan woods to give subtle hints of smoke, culminating into a complex taste sensation. Not quite a stout, it hints at almost becoming one. This beer pairs well with any kind of beef dish with its overwhelming heartiness.
Alcohol: 5.7%

Wild Mild Ale
Originating in coal mining areas of England and Wales, this was a low alcohol beer designed for generous consumption by manual laborers. The style is sweeter and paler than porter, and the body is as malty as is possible in a low gravity beer. The color is deep ruby dark brown, and is derived from a mixture of malts.
Alcohol: 3.5%

Donkey Punch Dunkel
A product of the German brewing tradition; distinctly toasted chocolate like malt sweetness in aroma and flavor with medium hop bitterness. Hop flavor and aroma from "noble-types". This style combines the dryish, coffee and licorice notes of dark malts with the roundness and cleanness imparted by lager yeast working at low temperatures.
Alcohol: 4.9%

Right Hook HELLES
A mildly hopped, malty beer traditionally found in the “beer halls” of Munich, Germany.This pale-golden colored lager is an extremely light and thirst quenching beer with pleasingly low bitterness that does not linger at all. The subtle hop aroma and flavor is present from "noble" hops from Bavaria..
Alcohol: 4.5%

Sucker Punch Pale Ale
In comparison to its English counterpart it is less malty; in the range of low to medium. It is fruity and estery with some crystal malt providing a bit of residual sweetness and slight orange hue. An American Pale Ale of distinction utilizing generous hopping of American hop varieties. Near the end of fermentation this beer is lightly dry-hopped with unique hops for additional hop aroma and flavor.
Alcohol: 5.5%

TKO India Pale Ale
A special style of pale ale that has high hop bitterness, flavor, aroma and a higher alcohol content. Originally brewed in England for the long trip to India when additional hops were added for preservation. Boxing Cat TKO IPA has a medium body with some maltiness. Three different hop varieties contribute estery citrus notes to this fine light orange-copper color beer.
Alcohol: 6.3%

Standing 8 Pilsner
A simple yet satisfying pilsner with low malt flavor and medium hop character. The distinctive characteristic is the flowery, medium hop bouquet and flavor from Czech "noble" hops. It also has a dry finish from a more thorough fermentation and additional cold lagering. Light gold to medium gold in color. A nice crisp, smooth finishing lager with no fruitiness or esters.
Alcohol: 4.9%
